Suite à une refonte majeure de sa plateforme, l’organisation entre dans un nouveau cycle axé sur l’industrialisation, la scalabilité et l’excellence opérationnelle, dans un contexte réglementaire exigeant (DORA)


Votre rôle : En tant qu’Engineering Manager, vous serez à la fois leader technique et manager d’équipe, avec une forte responsabilité dans la structuration, la qualité et la performance des équipes et des systèmes.


Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’alignement entre vision technique, delivery et montée en compétences, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes et partenaires externe


Vos responsabilités :

Leadership & Management

    Encadrer, accompagner et faire grandir une équipe de développeurs (mentorat, feedback, coaching)
    Structurer l’organisation de l’équipe (processus, rituels, delivery)
    Favoriser une culture d’excellence technique et de responsabilité
    Assurer la collaboration fluide avec les parties prenantes internes et prestataires

Pilotage technique

    Garantir la qualité, la performance et la robustesse de la plateforme PHP/Symfony
    Définir et faire évoluer les standards techniques (architecture, sécurité, scalabilité)
    Superviser les développements internes et externes
    Contribuer aux décisions d’architecture et à la roadmap technique

Industrialisation & Delivery

    Mettre en place des pratiques d’industrialisation (CI/CD, qualité de code, observabilité)
    Assurer la cohérence des APIs et des systèmes distribués
    Suivre les enjeux de performance, résilience et sécurité
    Piloter les sujets critiques dans un environnement réglementé

Stack technique :PHP 8+ / Symfony 6 ou 7 /API Platform, Doctrine /Architecture orientée services (multi-services) /Symfony Messenger, AMQP /Redis Sécurité : Keycloak,


Profil recherché :

    Expérience confirmée en tant que Senior Engineer évoluant vers Engineering Manager ou déjà en rôle managérial
    Forte capacité à leader une équipe tout en gardant une crédibilité technique
    Expérience dans des environnements complexes, distribués et en production
    Capacité à structurer, prioriser et faire monter en maturité une organisation
    À l’aise dans des contextes exigeants (qualité, sécurité, réglementation)
    Vision long terme, esprit analytique et sens des responsabilités
    Salaire : ~80k€ (selon profil)
